Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your Poseidon Bike journey.
How do I choose the right frame size for my height?
We provide a detailed sizing chart on each product page. Generally, our bikes are designed with versatile geometry, but if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
What is the assembly process like for a bike shipped in a box?
Our bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seatpost. We provide a basic tool kit and step-by-step video guides to help you get on the road in under 30 minutes.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship directly to the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, customers often use third-party freight forwarding services. Please contact our support team for specific documentation needs.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in new, unridden condition and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
What kind of warranty comes with a Poseidon bike?
Every Poseidon frame comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains, brakes, and wheels are covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty.
Can I upgrade components like tires or groupsets later?
Absolutely. Our frames use industry-standard specifications (such as threaded bottom brackets and standard thru-axle or QR spacing), making them highly compatible with aftermarket upgrades from major brands.
